Américain. Né à New Orleans. Famille : père Dwight (sax). Etudes : Murphy Watson, Donald Richardson, Dwayne Burns ; Andrew J. Bell School, Xavier Univ. (1997). Expérience : Olympia Kids de Dimitri Smith (répétitions avec Milton Batiste), Tuba Fats, Danny Barker, son Junior Pinstripe puis Mahogany Brass Band (à partir de 1991), Pin Stripe (Bayonne, 1996), se fixe à Columbus. Professeur : Sarah T. Reed HS (à partir de déc 1997), écoles publiques (à partir de 2000). Aut. : Feet Don’t Fail Me Now: Brass Bands in Post-Katrina New Orleans (thèse). A fondé Brice Miller Productions (1994). Ses influences : George Johnson, puis Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, Chet Baker, Lee Morgan, Tower of Power, Randy Brecker. S’est orienté vers la musique Hip Hop & Funky Grooving.
